Frequently asked questions
Is my video uploaded?
No. Everything stays on your device until you download it.
Why is the camera black or blocked?
Allow the camera with the icon in the address bar, and close other apps that might be using it (video calls).
Can I use my phone’s back camera?
Yes. Choose it in the Camera list after allowing access.
Is there a time limit?
No fixed limit; long HD recordings need enough free memory.
Can I record without sound?
Yes. Untick “Record sound from the microphone”.
Why does the photo look mirrored?
When mirror preview is on, photos are saved the way you see them. Turn mirroring off for a non-mirrored photo.
