Your files never leave your device
From a list to finished certificates
Typing the same certificate again and again for every participant takes hours. Here you design it once, and each row of your list becomes its own certificate with the right name. The preview shows any row of the list, so you can check long names before exporting.
More than the name
- Every text field can come from a column: name, course, grade, date, signatures.
- Fields without a column keep the text typed in the form, the same for everyone.
- With Excel or CSV files, the first row can hold the column names.
- File names in the ZIP use each person's name.
Print or send by email
One multi-page PDF is easiest to print. A ZIP of separate PDFs or PNG images is better for sending each certificate to its owner. Standard quality (150 DPI) keeps files small; print quality (300 DPI) is sharper for professional printing.
Frequently asked questions
How many certificates can I create at once?
Hundreds. The work happens on your device, so very long lists take a little longer; a few hundred certificates usually take under a minute.
Which file formats can I use for the list?
Excel (XLSX, XLS), OpenDocument (ODS) and CSV. You can also paste a column copied from Excel or Google Sheets.
Can every certificate have a different course or date?
Yes. Link any field to a column of your sheet and it changes per row.
Are names in Arabic and other scripts supported?
Yes. Arabic, Persian and Urdu are written right to left with proper fonts, and other scripts use your system fonts.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a logo once and it appears on every certificate.
Is my list sent anywhere?
No. The names and certificates are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
