A black rectangle drawn in an ordinary editor only covers the text: it can still be selected, copied or found by search. Here every page that has a box is rebuilt as an image with the boxes burned in, so the hidden text and images no longer exist in the file.
Type a name, an ID number, an IBAN or an email address and click Find and mark: a box is placed on every match on all pages. Check the result page by page and add or adjust boxes by hand where needed, for example on text inside scanned images.
