Your files never leave your device
From your phone to a spreadsheet
Export your contacts from Android, iPhone (iCloud), Google Contacts or Outlook as a .vcf file, then open it here. Every contact becomes a row with name, first and last name, phones, e-mails, company, job title, address, website, birthday and note.
Every vCard version
- vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0, including old phone exports with QUOTED-PRINTABLE text.
- Names in any language, decoded correctly from UTF-8 or the charset given in the file.
- Several files at once; all contacts end up in one table.
- Folded long lines and grouped fields (item1.TEL) are handled.
Several numbers per person
Keep all phones and e-mails in one cell separated by “|”, or spread them over columns Phone 1, Phone 2… — whichever suits the system you import into next.
Frequently asked questions
Are my contacts uploaded?
No. The .vcf files are read in your browser and never leave your device.
How do I get a VCF from my iPhone?
On icloud.com open Contacts, select all and choose Export vCard. On Android use Contacts › Export to a .vcf file.
Does it read contact photos?
Photos are skipped; the table contains the text fields.
Can I open the result in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the Excel or CSV file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
What if a contact has no name?
The company or the first phone number is used as the name, so no contact is lost.
