What you can add
- Text in any font size and colour, on one or several lines, in Arabic or any language.
- Images such as logos, stamps, photos or signatures.
- Coloured boxes to cover parts of a page, for example a white box over an old date or a mistake.
How to place items
Every item appears in the middle of the page. Drag it into position, use the round corner handle to resize it and the red button to delete it. Arrow keys move the selected item for fine adjustment.
Good to know
- Added text is stored as an image, so it cannot be edited again after saving; keep your original file.
- A covering box hides content visually only.
- To sign a document, the Sign PDF tool offers a drawing pad and a date stamp.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the existing text of the PDF?
Not directly. You can cover old text with a white box and type the new text on top of it.
Does Arabic text work?
Yes. Text in Arabic and every other language is shaped correctly by your browser and added to the page as a sharp image.
Can I add a logo or a stamp?
Yes. Insert a PNG, JPG or WEBP image, then move and resize it. Transparent PNG files keep their transparency.
Does the white box remove the hidden text?
No. The box covers it visually, but the original text stays in the file and can still be copied. Do not use it to remove confidential information.
Can I add things on several pages?
Yes. Move between pages with the arrows and add as many items as you need on each page.
Is my document uploaded?
No. Editing happens in your browser and the file never leaves your device.
