How the PDF is made

The table is prepared on this page and saved with the print window’s “Save as PDF” option, so the text in the PDF stays sharp and can be selected and searched.

Frequently asked questions

Which files can I convert?

XLSX, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, ODS and CSV.

Are formulas kept?

The PDF shows the calculated results as they appear in Excel, not the formulas.

Can I convert all sheets at once?

Yes. Choose “All sheets”; each sheet starts on a new page with its name as a title.

My table is too wide — what can I do?

Keep “Fit to page width” on, choose landscape, a smaller font or narrow margins, or a larger page size such as A3.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded?

No. It is read and converted on your device.

Can I select the text in the PDF?

Yes. The PDF contains real text, not an image.
