Screen Recorder
Record tutorials, presentations, bug reports or video calls from your computer: choose what to share, add your voice and save the video without any watermark.
- Choose audio options and start
- Pick the screen, window or tab
- Stop and download the video
Your files never leave your device
What you can record
- The whole screen, a single application window or one browser tab.
- Tab or system audio (sound from videos, calls, presentations) and your microphone at the same time — both are mixed into one track.
- Up to 1080p at 30 frames per second, with no time limit other than your device’s memory.
Tips for a clean recording
- Share a single tab when you only need a web page — it hides notifications and other windows.
- Turn on “Share tab audio” or “Share system audio” in the browser’s sharing window to capture sound.
- Use the 3-second countdown to switch to the right window before recording starts.
- Click Stop here or “Stop sharing” in the browser bar to finish.
Formats
Browsers record MP4 or WebM, depending on the browser. WebM plays in Chrome, Firefox, VLC and most editors; if you need MP4 for every device, use “Convert to MP4” after recording.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a watermark or time limit?
No watermark and no fixed time limit. Very long recordings need enough free memory on your device.
Is the video uploaded anywhere?
No. The recording is made and kept on your device until you download it.
Why is there no sound?
In the sharing window, tick “Share tab audio” (tab) or “Share system audio” (whole screen, Windows/ChromeOS). On macOS, browsers cannot share whole-screen system audio — share a tab instead or record with the microphone.
Can I record on a phone?
Phone and tablet browsers do not allow screen recording on websites. Use your phone’s built-in screen recorder or a computer.
Which browsers work?
Chrome, Edge, Opera and Firefox on computers. Safari on macOS can record the screen but not system audio.
Can I pause the recording?
Yes. Pause and resume as often as you like; the pauses are not in the final video.
