When do you need many QR codes?
- Inventory and asset tags: one code per item number.
- Product or menu links for every item in a shop.
- Event badges and tickets.
- Classroom or library labels.
Columns, captions and prefixes
Choose which column holds the value to encode and, optionally, a caption printed under the code (for example the product name). If every value is the end of the same link, type the start of the link once as a prefix, such as https://example.com/p/, and only keep the numbers in your sheet.
Label sheets ready to print
Pick a common label layout (A4 sheets with 14 to 65 labels, or Letter 30) or a plain grid. The PDF is printed at actual size: in the print dialog, choose 100% or “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”, so the codes land on the labels.
Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I make?
Thousands. Each row of your list becomes one code; very long lists simply take a little longer.
What can a code contain?
Any text: links, product numbers, Wi-Fi text, contact details. Long texts make denser codes, so keep them short for small labels.
Which label sheets are supported?
Common A4 sheets with 14, 21, 24, 40 and 65 labels, US Letter with 30 labels, and plain grids of 12 to 54 codes per page.
Can I name the image files?
Yes. Choose a file name column; otherwise the caption or the value is used.
Do the codes expire?
No. The data is written directly into the code, with no redirect link and no tracking.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. All codes are created in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
